Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
All of our time is important. I ask that you please give me at least 48 hours notice to cancel a appointment. Without sufficient notice I will be unable to call clients on waiting list or fill that spot. I understand emergencies happen and I will waive a fee in certain situations. There will be a 50% cancellation fee on any service over $35 . Habitual cancellations without proper notice/ no shows ( 3 ) will result in a credit card on file or you will be unable to book.
